Return window: 30 calendar days from delivery.
Non-returnable once opened: sealed health/personal care products (e.g. skincare peels, serums, creams).
Return shipping:
Change of mind / Not a fit → paid by customer.
Damaged / defective / wrong item → covered by PRXpeel (prepaid label if applicable).
Refunds: issued to the original payment method within a few business days after inspection.
RMA required: start your request via our Return Form.
Your statutory consumer rights under applicable European law (including any mandatory withdrawal rights) are not affected by this policy.
You may return eligible items within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.
Returned items must be:
Unused and in original condition.
In the original packaging, with all accessories, inserts and gifts-with-purchase included.
For sealed health/personal care products (including but not limited to skincare peels, serums, and creams), returns are not accepted once the seal is broken or the product has been opened.
This is necessary to ensure product safety, hygiene and integrity for all customers.
To qualify for a return:
The item is unused and in original condition.
All accessories, inserts and gifts-with-purchase are included.
Original packaging is intact (normal handling to inspect the item is acceptable).
Unauthorized returns (sent without an approved RMA) may be refused or returned to sender.

Please:
Provide your order number, reason for return, and relevant photos (for damaged/defective items).
We will email you RMA instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.
Ship the item back within 5–10 days of receiving your RMA details.
Note on shipping damage:
Report visible carrier damage within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:
The outer box
The inner packaging
The product itself
Change of mind / Not a fit:
Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Damaged / Defective / Wrong item shipped:
PRXpeel covers return shipping (we may provide a prepaid return label, depending on the country and carrier).
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect your return.
Typical processing time: 5–10 business days after the return arrives at our facility.
Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the funds to your account or statement.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly shipped.
If the requested item is in stock, we can process an exchange under the same conditions as a return.
If the item is not in stock, we will proceed with a refund according to this policy.
The following items are generally non-returnable:
Opened or unsealed health/personal care products.
Items clearly designated as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
Gift cards and downloadable digital content.
Your mandatory rights under applicable consumer law (for example, in case of defective goods) remain unaffected.
If your item is:
Defective,
Arrived damaged, or
Not as ordered,
please contact us via the Return Form with:
Your order number, and
Clear photos showing the issue (if applicable).
We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with your preference and product availability.
All returns are processed via our designated European returns facility.
Your RMA instructions will include the exact return address and packing guidelines.
