- Return Window (30 Days) You may return eligible items within 30 calendar days from the delivery date. Leonica Sp. z o.o. provides a full refund for items returned in their original condition.
- Health & Hygiene Exception For sealed professional products (including PRX-T33 Peeling), returns are not accepted once the seal is broken or the product has been opened. This is required to ensure product safety and hygiene.
- Return Shipping Costs Leonica Sp. z o.o. covers the return shipping costs (Free Returns) for all 13 supported countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, and Sweden. We will provide a prepaid return label upon approval of your request.
- How to Start a Return Submit a request via email: contact@prxpeel.eu or our contact form. Please provide:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (mandatory if the item arrived damaged)
- Refund Method & Timing Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Processing time: 5–10 business days after the return arrives at our facility.
- Original shipping costs (e.g., Express shipping) are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.
- Defective or Damaged Items If your item arrived damaged, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and the product. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
