1. Return Window (30 Days) You may return eligible items within 30 calendar days from the delivery date. Leonica Sp. z o.o. provides a full refund for items returned in their original condition.
2. Health & Hygiene Exception For sealed professional products (including PRX-T33 Peeling), returns are not accepted once the seal is broken or the product has been opened. This is required to ensure product safety and hygiene.
3. Return Shipping Costs Leonica Sp. z o.o. covers the return shipping costs (Free Returns) for all 13 supported countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, and Sweden. We will provide a prepaid return label upon approval of your request.
4. How to Start a Return Submit a request via email: contact@prxpeel.eu or our contact form. Please provide:

• Order number
• Reason for return
• Photos (mandatory if the item arrived damaged)

5. Refund Method & Timing Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

• Processing time: 5–10 business days after the return arrives at our facility.
• Original shipping costs (e.g., Express shipping) are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.

6. Defective or Damaged Items If your item arrived damaged, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and the product. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
