Delivery Policy (Europe)
Order cut-off

  • Orders placed before 11:00 CET/CEST are shipped the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 11:00 CET/CEST are shipped on the next business day.

  • Orders placed on Friday after 11:00 CET/CEST or during weekends/public holidays are shipped on the next business day.

Processing times

  • In-stock items: typically dispatched within 24–48 business hours (often the same day if paid before the cut-off).

  • Back-order / not in stock: dispatched in approximately 3–5 business days.

Shipping time & regions
We ship within the European Union and internationally. Delivery time is usually 1–7 business days, depending on the destination and carrier. The estimated delivery date is provided at checkout and/or by email after your order is processed.

For deliveries outside the European Union, local customs duties, import VAT and handling fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation with a tracking number once your order has left our warehouse.

Notes

  • Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays in the country of dispatch.

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, please report visible carrier damage within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and product.

Return window

  • We accept returns within 30 calendar days from delivery for eligible items.

  • An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required before sending items back. Start your request via our Contact / Return Form.

Health & hygiene exception
Sealed health/personal care products (e.g. skincare peels, creams) are not returnable once opened or if the seal is broken.

Return shipping

  • Change of mind / Not a fit: return shipping is paid by the customer.

  • Damaged / Defective / Wrong item: return shipping is covered by PRXpeel (we may provide a prepaid label).

Refund method & timing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return, typically within 5–7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post funds.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly shipped.

Until you receive RMA instructions, please store products according to the manufacturer’s temperature and storage requirements.

Your statutory consumer rights under applicable European law are not affected.
