The following terms apply to all shipments of goods purchased via prxpeel.eu, operated by Leonica Sp. z o.o.

Leonica Sp. z o.o. currently ships products exclusively to the following 13 countries.

We offer transparent flat-rate shipping. The applicable cost is calculated at checkout based on the selected method.

Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by the carriers and apply to business days (Monday–Friday).

Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 11:00 CET on business days are dispatched the same day.
Handling: Orders placed after 11:00 CET, on weekends, or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
Tracking: A tracking number will be sent to your email immediately upon dispatch from our warehouse in Warsaw.

In compliance with our commitment to customer satisfaction and applicable regulations for our supported regions:

Return Period: Customers have the right to return products within 30 days of delivery.
Return Cost: Leonica Sp. z o.o. covers the return shipping costs (Free Returns) for orders delivered to the 13 countries listed above.
Conditions: Products must be returned unopened, with the original seal intact, and in their original packaging. Due to health protection and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened cosmetic or medical devices.

To initiate a return, please contact us to receive a prepaid shipping label or further instructions.
